Exercise:
Walked - 2.8 miles
Skipped rope - about 4 minutes (it's harder than it looks)
Crunches - 200 (50 each uppers, lowers and laterals)

Thanks! If I hadn't been so rudely interrupted by friends and work, I'd have done more yesterday....and today...I really need to start working out in the morning.

I've found morning to be the best time for me as well.
